Question I need help planning my 20th birthday party. It isn't until february but nonetheless I'd like to start early. I have a tight budget, less than 100$ preferably. I would just like some suggestions maybe some concrete ideas for what a group of 19-20 year olds can do for a 20th birthday.

I'm sure you'll get lots of help on this (as it isn't a personal request to just me)..... so I'll just add n idea for you:
You are right to start thinking early
$100 is very little but that's OK as it's people who make parties!
Without knowing how small or large the group is - it could be just 10 or 200 ....it's impossible to suggest sensible and meaningful ideas.
The ONLY way to do this is to brainstorm ideas with perhaps 3 or 4 who will be there. Get together with a large pad and colored pens and all throw in ideas. Allow some free thinking and from the hundreds that arise ... start to edit and reappraise. From these you'll discover both what people will want and what will work based on your numbers, tining, location and budget.
Good luck
