My 21st birthday is in december and I don't have a clue what to do or how to have it.

I really need more information to be able to offer suggestions for your birthday. You would need to ask yourself the following questions and then give me an idea of your answers before I could even try to help you.
What are your interests?
How many friends you have?
Do you want it to be a large or small party?
Do you want a family, friend or acquaintance gathering?
What is your budget?
How much space do you have?
Are you thinking at home party or going out somewhere?
If going out, what is your closest large city?
These are all questions you need to answer, for me to make suggestions for you. Of course, answering them, may just give you the inspiration you need to plan the best party ever!
