Question
My daughter plans to marry on June 19 in southern Illinois. She wants an outside, evening wedding. I need help with what to serve for the meal. A very capable friend will be catering. Thank you for your help!

Dear Mary:

Since I am an overall planner I have not become an expert in the catering area, rather relying on my hired caterers for their advice. However, I am including a list of great sites to determine menu choices and quantities when you are doing your own catering. I refer hosts to it often for tips.
