Question
My son is graduating in a month and he wants Turkey supreme for the reception. I have the recipe he likes but I just don't have a clue of how much to make for it. I am planning for about 200 people and we are having cake, nuts, pork n' beans and chips with the Turkey supreme. Do you have an idea of how much I should make?

Since I am an overall planner and not a caterer, I usually rely on my hired caterer to make all of these determinations for me.
