Question
a friend has a party with 150 guests, she wants me to help her prepare egg, tuna and lox sandwiches as main manu (in wheat sandwich bread) and 2 salads, fruits. How many sandwiches do we calculare per person???
Dear Ana:
Since I am an overall planner I have not become an expert in the catering area, rather relying on my hired caterer for that advice. However, I am including a list of great sites to determine quantities when you are doing your own catering. I refer hosts to it often for tips.
