Party Planning/How much to make

Question
I am planning a luncheon for approximately 75 people. I am planning on making lasagna. How much should I fix?

Answer
Gail:

i would imagine that it depends upon what other items you will be serving--salads, breads, crudites, snacks, desserts.  That would have a bearing on how much lasagne you would need.

Since I am an overall planner I have not become an expert in the catering area, rather relying on my hired caterer for that advice.  However, I am including a list of great sites to determine quantities when you are doing your own catering.  I refer hosts to it often for tips.

I am sure you will find your answer in this mix.

Have a wonderful party and good luck with your menu.
