Since you'll likely have guests spanning many facets of your brother's life, gather as many family photos and pictures of him as you can. Budget-permitting, frame them (some plastic red frames would likely be inexpensive and theme-appropriate). They'll make great decorations and spark lots of conversation. If seating space is limited, consider borrowing or renting additional chairs so guests can be comfortable.
