Question I am planning a suprise birthday party for my dad but i have no idea on what to do. I need ideas on where to start planning this party. Am i suppose to put up balloons at the party seeing that it's for an adult?? Help Me!
Answer Hi, anon. You've left out a number of factors: birthday age; size of audience; types of guests; budget for event; who is throwing the party? Balloons are the least problem.
