Question
I am planning on 150 - 200 people at a graduation open house.  We are having sliced turkey, ham & roast beef sandwhiches on Kaiser rolls.  How many sandwhiches can I get out of a pound of meat?

Answer
Regrettably, Amy, sandwich making is an art and not a science. Your question which no one can answer really depends on how generous you want to be. So slice it thin or thick on a few test meats to see what happens. It sounds like a wonderful event, the kind that needs a clever and original rhyming invitation or welcoming speech.  That's something I know how to create.  So visit my site, www. rhymeshop.com, for ideas and
how to start my creative juices flowing.
