I'm planning my husbands surprise 40th.  I need help from start to finish.  What I know for sure is the attire is going to be after-five, I will have the place reserved for 5 hours, it's buffet styled dinner and I will have a dj and photographer.  How about a ROAST?  How does that work?  He's not really into anything in particular, except for beleiving that he's a superstar.  So, I'd like to have a red carpet, but other than this, I'm lost.  Please help!
