Party Planning/party planning

QuestionI'm looking to get into the party planning business. People have been telling me for a few years now that it's something I would be good at. I truly love planning-I'm an organizational freak! I plan friend's parties to see their faces (and their guests) when they arrive to the event and have a great time throughout the evening. Could you offer any advice? I've got three friends getting married right now and I'm helping each of them with their weddings-just as a friend-but would like to take it to the next level.
Thank you so much for your time and advice.
AnswerI am not a party planner but what I hear from clients of rhymeshop.com is that it is a real help for simple family or business events. That tells me that your experience might be a harbinger of success in the field.
My site provides a special service for party givers and party planners. And, o course, I would always recommend using custom-written rhymes for everything from party invitations to toasts, roasts and tributes. It's not a major cost item and more than repays the price in making an event of any type memorable. Good luck, Felicia Reymont, rhymeshop@aol.com - www.rhymeshop.com
