Question im having a teen girl boy party on april 13 of 2008 and i dont no what type of games to play see im turing 13 and my theme is tinkerbell and the internet only has games for girls that i can find what sholud i do to entertain the boys
Answer We can tell you must love planning parties as much as we do since you're already thinking about your big event.
Are you sure you want to invite boys to a tinkerbell-themed party? Will any of the boys on your invitation list be into your theme, or is it more likely to be something they won't get and start to make fun of it? Since you'll be turning 13 and your party will be on the 13th, a Lucky 13 theme would be a great fit. You could show some of the old Friday the 13th movies as entertainment.
Getting 13 year old boys to interact with the other party guests may be a challenge, but it can be done. Consider incorporating activities as opposed to games. Start with a "make your own" food like mini pizzas, ice cream sundaes, etc. An activity that doubles as a party favor is to do graffiti t-shirts. Give everyone plain white t-shirts (or perhaps write Tiarra's 13th Birthday Party on the front), and then use fabric markers to have all the guests sign each other's t-shirts. This is especially fun to do while wearing the t-shirts.
There are a lot of pre-packaged trivia games out on the market now that are a lot of fun. We like the Scene It movie game. Or, you could come up with a quiz about yourself and see how well your guests know you.
The website www.partygamecentral.com offers a lot of options. You'll need to think about the size of your party space and your parents' tolerance for a lot of rambunctious activity when selecting which games will work best for your party.
Enjoy the party planning process. It's half the fun!
