Please help understand findings:
benign hepatic parenchyma, macrovesicular steatosis. several portal triads show mild chronic lymphocytic infiltrate with foci of extension into lobule without piecemeal necrosis.
I am in remission with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Answer
Hello MK:

Let me put you to ease right away. the above stated report does not give any indication of presence  / relapse of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Overall it shows benign liver tissue. There is some amount of fat in the form of tiny droplets in the cells (micrvesicular steatosis. There is some chronic inflammation but there is no necrosis (death of individual liver cells.

Some amount of fat is seen in most individuals. Overall the report does not show any serious pathology.
