Question Hello, for the past 3 years I've Been experincing fatigue night sweats occasional swollen lymp nodes that are painfull but seem to go away in a month or so. I have one now that is not painfull and rather small. I've had high WBC for 3 years. I had blood work done and was wondering if this was any indication of cancer.

Your Blood tests are absolutely fine and there is nothing which suggests cancer.
The only out of range test is that of the two liver enzymes
AST and ALT
Now with other tests being normal this could be result of muscle injury...seen in young adults who lead active lives and exercise a lot.
Other reason could be fatty liver....if your alcohol intake is high / diet rich in fatty foods etc
Or could be some form of inflammation / disease of liver. In any of the above conditions these enzymes are raised
The lymph node enlargement with pain and fatigue may or may not be related to the liver. You can have your primary care physician do a complete exam and correlate the findings.
