Question Recent fasting blood test produced following results:
MPV 6.9; Platelets 419; Neutrophils 58%/3886 absolute; Lymphocytes
30%/2010 absolute; Monocytes 1%/67 absolute; Eosinophils 11%/737 absolute;
Basophils 0%/0 absolute. WBC was 6.7 and RBC was 4.73.
Need I do anything?

The counts are within normal range and you needn't worry about any specific disease.
The only thing mildly out of range are the Eosinophils. These are type of blood cells which increase in allergic conditions.
You may have some allergy or a recent reaction to something.
Other than that nothing significant in the report
