Subject: Five Against One CD
Question I have a copy of the Vs. CD released in 1993. It doesn't have a title on the CD itself. (I don't know if any of the Vs. CDs did) The copy I have is still in the original cello wrap from the music store with a label that says "FIVE AGAINST ONE." Is this a collectible? Any value here?
Answer Dear John,
Sorry for the delay in answering but I never received your e-mail as usual. AllExperts just contacted me to find out why I haven't answered. Anyway, You have a great version of the Vs. album. Up until about a month before the release of Vs. the album was to be named five against one. The title referred to the lyrics of Animal. Just before the release the band chose Vs. It was kind of the feel the band had at the time being torn between fame and their usual life. There were a lot of copies printed with the Five against one title but an original in the cellophane would be worth more to a PJ collector or fan. I'd keep it if I were you to display in your home because it's not worth a 100 bucks or anything close. I'd be happy I had it if I were you.
Thanks al lot for your question,
Sorry again for the delay,
Wes Miller
