is treatment under General Anest. for 7 yeas old girl safe?

If it is done in a proper facility with proper anesthesia personnel taking care of the patient, it should not be a problem.

There are always risks involved with any general anesthetic procedure performed.  You should be informed and then make a decision regarding this treatment method.
