Question I want to know if i should start feeding my 8.5month old baby dalia? I am avoiding wheat as i read somewhere that wheat may trigger allergic reaction in infants and should be avoided till infant is 1 year old. So should i wait feeding him dalia till he's one or should i start? He is having solids in the form of khichdi, dal, apples, pear, ghiya. is his diet adequate? anything else i can add in his diet?
Answer yes! its preferable to avoid till 1 year.
you can add sago, ragii, rice, warii, soya after 6 moths age.
you can make variety of soups porridges kheers with or without sweets spices condiments
apple daal khichri ghee curds are good.
you may add banana pineapple chikooo potatoes tomatoes bit carrots as juices or mashed with milk.
