Question My daughter is currently 5 weeks old, my dad has ALS and his disease is progressing very fast. He lives in Maine, I live in Florida. I wanted to take my daughter home so she can see him before he passes away, however, I known that it is flu season (H1N1) I plan to fly at the end of November (that would make her 8 weeks) Do you recommend it? Or is to risky?
Answer I will prefer as much possible avoid the travel unless it is very urgent, espcially in context with current flu epidemic. I wont recommend any healthy infant to be taken to a patient on deathbed whose illness is progressing very fast. arrange a photo meet or a video call.
