10.30 AM - Ragi Gruel with jaggery
12 Noon - Mashed potato + boiled carrot/beans (liquid alone)
2 PM - Boiled Rice Gruel with jaggery

5.00 PM - Ragi gruel with jaggery
6.30 PM - Breast Milk
7.30 PM - Boiled Rice Gruel with jaggery
9.00 PM - Breast Milk
10.00 PM - Boiled Rice Gruel with jaggery
Sometimes, we give them Boiled apple and Milk Bikis biscuit.
They both sleep through the night. If they get up, I am breastfeeding them.
I would like to know if we can supplement their diet with Formula milk (like NAN-2 or so).
Answer i am surprised to se jaggery in US.
well formula can eb supplemented provided its prepared as per instructions and a watch is kept on total calorie and formula volume intake per day.
dont exceed per feed formula over 15ml into weight, kid may be given frequent feeds.
also you may need calcium supplements in addition.
constipation is often seen, and that can be tackled by liberalw ater intake than diluting the formula.
