good day.. hi im leslie from the philippines... i have a problem with my daughter klaui lauren  a 4months, old is shes having a vaginal discharges.. as a parent i dont know what to do.. is it normal for may baby to have discharges like that? dischages color is light yellow.. i went to her pediatrician and do some test..gram stain positive..can diaper causes some vaginal discharges..i really dont know waht to do..after a week her urine color is dark yellow we made some test and the result was vaginus triconomasis.. i really dont know waht to to i kept crying all night.. how could this be happening when im just the one whos taking good care of her.. thanks hope for your reply

Dear Leslie,

I think she needs both oral treatment and creams to get rid of the trichomonal infestation. This can occur even with the best hygiene or with a single care-taker. Please meet her pediatrician and get the needed prescriptions.
