Today in morning at 6 am i found that my six year kid had fever of around 100.4 C.i gave him 10 ml crocin, but his fever was persistent and he had some cough also,so i took him to a senior Doc.who prescribed him combiflam 10 ml thrice and agumanten Duo .{amoxilin suspension]30 ml per day.{five bottels}.That made me uncomfortable so i only gave my kid 10 ml combiflam at 11 o clock.and took him to a pediatrics who with the same combiflsm combination prescribed  amoxillin 250 mg thrice a day{dispersable},in evening his fever was same as 100.5 c.{stuffy nose, and cough,But he plays and doesnt look discomforted]...IS every thing right..?

This season the cases of tonsil inflmmation are on rise. These kids present with high fever lating 2_3 days requiring medicines like combiflam 3 to 5 times a day.. tonsils remain bright red from day 2 to day 5 causine pain in swallowing. Kids can accept only liquids with discomfort. You may be liberal with juices and cheese slice.
All will settle by day 5.
Though viral, being not to easy to disprove bacterial, scare of high fever makes mostdoctors start high dose antibiotics. Its safe an often my be neededin given situation.
