Pediatrics - Blisters on baby's mouth.

Question
My 12 month old son recently developed three blisters around his mouth.  They are white-ish in the center but reddish around the edge and a little swolen as well.  They've gotten a little worse since they first developed and it seems they are a little painful too.  They actually developed right after we started giving him prescribed iron drops, so I thought that may be the cause.  Otherwise, I can't figure out what it could be.  Any thoughts?

Answer
I am sure this is not related to iron drops but that it is an infection that will run its course in 5-7 days. There a many viral infections like this that kids can get as they grow up and this may not be the last, but almost all will heal without fancy medicine. If he seem restless some Tylenol drops will help.
