My baby does the exact same thing. Started at that age too. I believe it is a bit of a startle reflex while in a semi-sleep state. I bet you can stop it by touching or shaking him. If so, then it could not be a seizure.

my baby boy also does that exactly and in the same month... i was also worried cause it seems like a mild seizure but it stops when i give him my nipples to suck... i think its normal
