i just found out I have the same problem, i'm about 17, and thoughout my whole life my lower back has hurt, and recently my knees and ankles started hurting, so I went to a doctor and he told me that was the reason. i'm getting custom orthotics made for me. it's not going to be a huge deal, just remember, the sooner you get it fixed, the better. he also told me if I were continue without fixing the problem I would have to get hip replacements in about 10 years and then knee replacements a couple years later, so get it fixed as soon as you can.

The answer I saw for this was "It wont affect her".

That's not true.

It can become very bad for her knees when she gets older! Try getting some special soles for her that lift up the inside of her foot so she doesn't walk so much like that.
