Question
I peter there ,could you please help me on this issue.I am working on peoplesoft support for my company thats standard chartered bank and my issue is ,suddenly  all new joiners are not able to login to application, while others are able to perfectly login. Its all happened on suddenly and we not able to trace it out why its not working for new joiners.
Can you please suggest the areas i want to check

Answer
Hi Arun,

It sounds like a security problem with those new user accounts. If you have row-level security enbalbed, when a user account is created, you also need to run the application engine process called the PER505, that updates the department security to allow those individuals access to those branches (or data) to which they are allowed to access.

Hope this helps.

Peter
