Subject: Creating a Report on Audit Records

Question
Hi,

I have to create a PeopleSoft Report that will show any changes made to the database.

Initially what had been done was, several fields were setup to have an audit done on them.  It's easy to go into TOAD and view what change was made and by who. But how would I create a Report??  Sorry if this is confusing.  Any help that would get me started would be much appreciated.  I'm new to creating Reports in PeopleSoft so have no idea how to get started.

Thanks!!

Answer
Hi Jasmine,

If you have a query which works in Toad, build similar query in peopleoft query manager, save it there. Next step is to build crystal reports on it.

Once you are done with above, insert this into a component, define run controls for the same, you are done. Now you can schedule this process using process scheduler's recurrences.

I hope it helps.

Thanks
Mahendra
