Question
I am helping a client implement 9.0.  They are new to PS and have several interfaces.  Can you provide some questions that I can ask in our initial meeting?  What are the most important things to know going in.

There is chapter 2 in all above books.  Implementation steps and tasks are listed there along with the fit gap analysis question.

More importantly, the same section lists many questions which you need to ask the client to implement interfaces successfully.

Though above books discuss about payroll interfaces in place, the same question apply to any implementation which involves custom or delivered interfaces.

It is all about finding out what they have and how it will be implemented in PS.
