Question WHAT TABLES/RECORDS IN PEOPLESOFT CAN I VIEW PEOPLES ACCESS HISTORY. FOR EXAMPLE IF THEY HAD ACCESS TO CERTAIN PERMISSIONS BEFORE AFTER A CHANGE HAS BEEN MADE.
THANKS
Answer Hi Margret,
PeopleSoft does not audit changes to a users permission. These can be enabled via third party (e.g. Creating your own Oracel triggers or external vendor) or through customization of PeopleSoft (using PeopleTools).
PeopleSoft does have application audits that are used to track who made what changes to the application. Typcially the tables begin with AUDIT_ rather than the usual PS_
