Question I have a question about investing somewhere between 100 to 200,000 for my church. I would like some advice as to how to best do this. It is not likely that we would need this money for perhaps 2 to 3 years or even longer.
Answer Ben
Since you indicated you might need it in 2 or 3 years, put it in a high yield savings account. Do not mess with church money; you can get in big trouble for treatig it less than conservative.
If you were leaving it for a future endowment, very far off, you could then consider a more aggressive account with stocks bonds, real estate etc. but for your indicated goals, just a boring savings account
