Question Under what conditions would you recommend that a person get a Revocable Living Trust?
Other than avoiding probate and confidentiality, what are the advantages and disadvantages of a Revocable Living Trust?
Answer No more reasons - you hit the only two. Many unscrupulous attys push them when unneeded I believe since they bill more. Good attys get you what you need. I do like trusts - just when they are beneficial
