Could you tell me some websites to find the lowest rates for a mobile home loan. ( We were quoted 10 % interest and heard there are lower rates. We have spend hours online. Also we couldn't get info without filling out alot of forms.

regardless what city u are in, use your phone and call
3-5 morgtgage brokers.

most will have no access to MH lenders. A few do.

I suggest u find a fix up condo or house and make life
easier.

Often, when someone has bought a MH, they can't even give it
away.
