What type of shelf corporation should I choose ,if I wanted to buy a DE corporation?S or C and lived in CA?
Will I have any problems if I wanted to do business worldwide with residence in California?
Would I have to pay (doulble)taxes, if I purchase the shelf corporation after April 15 2002( if the corp was founded in 2002)?

probably. But who is responsible for the accuracy of a
search done there; they would only have data that
they got from some database. THE ONLY one that counts
is the corporate commission.
