Question
i never had credit before and im trying to establish some so i can get a 3000 loan. what can i do

Answer
You need to realize that without a credit history, you're going to have to start small, and wait a while before you try to increase the amount you borrow.  I would recommend you start at your local bank and apply for either a credit card with them, or for a secured credit card that they will report to the credit bureaus.
Typically you'll need to wait 3 to 6 months to see an improvement to you credit score, and most lenders will want to see at least 6 month to 1 year of on time payment history before they will give you additional loans.  I hope your need for the $3,000 isn't urgent, but if it is, you may want to consider asking a family member to co-sign with you for this loan.  This would also help you establish a credit history.
Hope this answers your question.
