Question
I've seen this question asked twice now but here goes another, This bug looks like an acrobat ant, but they all have wings like a swarmer. And jump like fleas. I have some background in pest control but this insect I've never seen before. Its tiny so its very hard to get a picture.three segments, no hind jumping legs i think it uses its wings to do the jump and it has silverish eyes. Hope that helps

Answer
Nik,

If you can't post a picture can you capture one? The only way to be certain about an id is to get one under a scope. Contact your local Extension office (www.extension.com) and they can send the sample to the state university, most have some kind of insect id service.
