Question
QUESTION: Curious about this.  I trapped some baby roaches and a roach pill in a coffee can.  Left it overnight.  The roaches were still running around the next day.  Any idea what could have happened?

QUESTION: Oh, I meant the Harris roach tablets.

Answer
The roaches must eat the tablets to work and overnight might not be long enough. Try adding a source of water such as wet cotton and letting the "experiment" run a little longer. Also, here's some info about using boric acid for insect control http://www.livingwithbugs.com/boric.html.
