Can you please identify this tiny brown bug I found in my coffee.

This is an immature (juvenile) cockroach, see http://www.livingwithbugs.com/cockroaches.html for pictures and control info. When you find immature roaches outside the harborage (hiding) areas it may indicate that the infestation is high. Baits (see http://www.livingwithbugs.com/cockroach_baits.html) are the best approach to control, sprays are not effective and in fact can make things worse. Post a follow up if you have questions.
