Is propecia safe?
All drugs may cause side effects and you have to weigh the potential benefits versus the potential harms. Most people have no, or only minor, side effects with Propecia. No COMMON side effects have been reported with Propecia . Some of the SEVERE (but uncommon) side effects which may occur when using Finasteride are:
Severe allergic reactions (rashes, itching, difficulty breathing, tightness in chest, swelling of the mouth, face, lips, and/or tongue, breast enlargement, lumps, pain, or tenderness, nipple discharge, pain in testes.
