Question For a few years I've been taking Wellbutrin XL at one of two dosages for months at a time, 150mg or 300. I'm quite familiar with how I feel at either dosage level. The theraputic benefit at 150 is not quite enough, while at 300 I feel a bit edgy. Conclusion: 225mg might be tbe optimal dose in my particular case, yet I'm aware of only 150 or 300mg tablets in the US. Suggestions? Is there a 225mg generic Wellbutrin XL in India?

Answer Dear David, Wellbutrin XL 225mg is not available anywhere in the world. Wellbutrin XL and Wellbutrin SR are bioequivalent, that is, both will produce the same effects. That is why I advised you to take Wellbutrin SR 100mg twice daily or Wellbutrin SR 150mg in morning and 100mg at night.
