Question If you have multiple shipments of a pharmaceutical product with same lot do you retain sample from each shipment even though its of the same lot.
Answer If it is multiple shipments to different destinations of a single packaging batch of finished products leaving your facility, then no, only one retained sample is needed.
If you are talking one bulk tablet batch which is packaged into many differently packaged end product say the bulk batch is labeled for different supermarket clients each with their own different labeling, then you need retained samples for each packaged batch.
