hoping you are fine what are the major items to be known to be a good QA IN The field of  pharmaceutical industry

Answer
In my experience, the very best QA inspectors have:

a. a minimum of 10 years of experience working (managing) in production and QC labs
b. have an academic background in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical technology
c. are open minded, willing to be a detective, and willing to regard an audit as a teaching moment.
