Pharmaceuticals/regarding complete generic drug profile

Dear Dr,

I have been searching for complete information about generic drugs in a single database but unfortunately couldn't find one.
I would like to look for information regarding minimum & maximum therapeutic dose and LD50 values.
please suggest were can I find the above information
thanks in advance.

Generic Drug:

The lower bound of the dosing range is referred to as the minimum effective dose (MED).

the maximum tolerable dose (MTD) is the highest possible but still tolerable dose level with respect to a pre-specified clinical limiting toxicity.

Read More:

LD50 is the dose required to kill half the members of a tested population after a specified test duration.
