Question
Dear Anisfeld
If a product is produced in a large number of batches:
1-Is it possible to skip testing of some batches (i.e. analyze a batch every X number of batches) or to do a reduced testing
2- If yes how this is done.
Thank you in advance...M. Etman

Answer
Dear Mr. Etman:

To answer your question:

NO - absolutely not.

Every GMP code worldwide requires that each and every batch of product released to market be tested to assure that it meets its specifications. There is no short cut to this, and skip lot testing is not an option.
