Question
i have a full bottle of xanax that was prescribed in 1998 that was left untouched. what would they do or would they even have any results left in them?

Answer
Dump them. do not take. As the active ingredient in the Xanax degrades, impurities build up which can be very harmful.

Your product has exceeded its expiration date (which advises how long a drug can be safely taken for) by a factor or x3 or x4. Dump them.
