Question Hi, I recently started taking wellbutrin for depression and was wondering if it was possibly affecting my periods, as they have become shorter and not as bad... thank you
Answer Dear Sheila
This is not a recognised effect of Wellbutrin but is common with some other antidepressants. I would not be concerned though with this change and think it is almost certainly due to the drug. Mention this the next time you see your prescriber but I see no need of any urgency.
