Question
Is it safe to take Folic Acid, Omega 369 & Cipralex?
What woudl be the best dosage of Omega 369 per day?
I am 41 years old, female.
Thank you.

Answer
Yes, its safe to combine the three. There is no clear cut recommendation on dosage of Omega 3,6,9. Its better to take healthy food rich in Omega 3,6,9 than to take supplements. If you are in good health and take healthy food, you don't need supplement of Omega 3,6,9.
