Question
is there any negative interactions between AndroGel, Predisone, and Suboxone if all taken together

Answer
There is no specific drug interaction between Suboxone and either Androgel or prednisone.  It can be dangerous for prednisone to be taken for Androgel depending on the circumstances.  Prednisone can cause fluid retention when taken alone.  When taken with Androgel this can be worsened.  Men who are taking Androgel should be monitored closely by their doctor for any potential fluid retention.  Prednisone should be used with caution and if only necessary.  If you have further questions I would contact the patient's doctor as soon as possible.

Thanks

Barb Judge
