I had a problem of fatguedness in the evening tiredness leg cramps and weaknesses. I am hypertensive obese male 50 years. My dr gave me Surbex XT which contain Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 3 mg, Nicotinamide 100 mg, Cyanacobalamin (Vitamin B12) 15 mcg, Folic Acid 1.5 mg, Chromium Picolinate 250 mcg, Selenious acid equivalent to elemental selenium 100 mcg, Zinc Sulphate 61.8 mg, Lycopene 5 mg. Now I feel fresh in the evening and all my symptoms of easy fatiguibility started vanishng. What is there in the drug which brought freshness. I have impaired glucose tolerance but not diabetic. Can U guide me.
Answer Dear Devendra
Your weight will not help this fatigue and also by lowering it a bit your hypertension will probably improve. However, I am not here to preach. You could be B vitamin deficient as it is most likely that the these vitamins, namely pyridoxine, nicotinamide, cyanacobalamin and folic Acid 1.5 mg will elevate your well being. The other ingredients and mainly antoxidants and will do no harm, maybe even some good.
