to diabetic comaI need your guidance I am obese I

Answer
Dear Mr. Harsvadan,
The diagnosis of IGT is absolutely correct. As I recall from your previous posts you are slightly overweight. Weight control, exercise and diet are the first things I would advice. But Metformin (250 mg) is a logical choice. Since you are away from your home, diet would play a very important role. However at 51 to have IGT is not a catastrophe. While I am sorry that yor mother passed away due to diabetic coma, you are in no such danger. Do not worry excessively about this. These are normal changes of age and I am sure you will live a long and productive life.
