Subject: back ache - muscle spasm

Question
I sustained a back ache , possibly due to my wrong sitting posture and a sudden awkward movement of my body when I was sitting down [ could feel a sudden twitch of my muscles ]. After 2 days, my lower back is giving me quite a twitching pain, even when I am in a standing position. My sleep has been interupted by bad back pains, while in a lying position [ getting up has caused me much problem ]. I'm now taking this ANAREX product, containing 35mg Orphenadrine Citrate and Paracetamol BP 450mg. Question - will this medicine suffice to overcome my back problem? What is the curing time? Appreciate your kind advice and recommendation, if any. Thank you nd have  nice day Sir.

Answer
Hi Michael,
The medication you are taking should help with the symptoms. If you put your back out, it shouls get back into position in a couple or 3 of days and you will no longer need the medication. If this does not happen on its own Isuggest you see a physiotherapist for help and manipulating things back into place.
Thank you for using Allexperts
Sincerely,
Eric Brandt, B.Sc. Pharm
